My approach - NARM

NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model™) is an integrative framework informed by neuroscience and attachment theory. NARM builds on essential insights from major psychological traditions — psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, somatic, and phenomenological/gestalt — while avoiding the limitations of any single school of thought. It is specifically developed to address both developmental potential and the impact of trauma, particularly early/developmental and complex trauma (cPTSD).

NARM works non-pathologizing, non-regressive and non-cathartic — meaning it doesn’t treat you as broken, doesn’t take you back into childlike states, and doesn’t rely on dramatic emotional release. Instead of dwelling on the past, it helps you recognize and transform old emotional, mental, somatic, and relational survival patterns that continue to shape your life today.

Through this work, you free and rebuild your innate capacities for self-regulation, connection, and a greater sense of aliveness. You gain the clarity and motivation needed for your next steps while developing a solid psychobiological foundation for everything ahead.

Hallmarks of this work

Focus on agency:

Beyond effort:

Working in and towards presence:

Somatic awareness:

Relationship as a space for change:

Integration and transformation:

We access and strengthen the qualities and abilities you wish to embody.

By reevaluating fear-, shame-, pride-, and effort-based strategies, we move toward greater coherence, effectiveness, and ease.

We bring outdated unconscious patterns into awareness, allowing them to update and make space for clarity and new choices.

The body and nervous system are involved as crucial catalysts and feedback systems for real change.

The coaching relationship provides a safe and attuned environment for growth — you don’t have to do it alone.

By bringing these elements together, you align more fully with reality and your innate potential.
