Conflict Facilitation
In organizations and teams, unresolved conflict is often the single most expensive hidden cost. It drains cognitive resources, stalls decision-making, and leads to the loss of your most valuable talent. Yet, most conventional approaches fail because they treat conflict as a surface-level problem to be "managed" or "settled" through compromise.
Beyond Surface Solutions
For solution-oriented people, the instinct is to fix the logic of the argument. However, the origin of persistent friction rarely lies in the "what" of the disagreement. It lies in the underlying relational dynamics and the dysregulation of the nervous system. When we feel threatened—whether by a critique of our work or a shift in team power—our biology overrides our brilliance. No amount of "logical" mediation can bridge a gap if the individuals involved are operating from a state of survival.
Trauma-Informed Conflict Transformation
Drawing on decades of experience in community building, leadership coaching, and large-scale facilitation, I offer an effective process-oriented path to conflict. My work focuses on:
Root-Cause Resolution: Working with the subconscious relational patterns that trigger conflict and learning to address them before they escalate.
Conflict Intelligence: Moving from "zero-sum" power struggles and either-or-thinking to a regulated and aligned state where creative problem-solving becomes possible again.
Sustainable Culture: Transforming existing or emerging friction into a catalyst for deeper trust and organizational resilience.
Whether working with individuals or entire systems, my goal is to turn conflict from a "cost" into a source of insight, growth, cohesion and productivity.
Rapid Resolution
Complexity does not always require a lengthy process. Often, the most significant bottlenecks are held in place by a few specific, identifiable points of relational or systemic tension. In many cases, a single or a few targeted online sessions—whether with key individuals or the entire group—are sufficient to shift the underlying dynamics. By identifying and regulating these 'stuck points' at the root, we can dissolve long-standing friction and restore the flow of your mission in a remarkably short timeframe.
